Cotton is breathable and easy to wash for everyday wear, while cotton-elastane blends hold their shape and give more support. Modal and microfibre feel smooth and stay cool under fitted trousers. Boxer briefs and trunks give the most support, and woven boxer shorts are the loosest fit.
