1. Shipping destinations

We ship to all EU member states and Monaco, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Availability is confirmed at checkout for the destination you enter.

2. Shipping costs and free shipping

Free shipping on all orders of €150 or more to every destination we ship to. Below €150, the following standard rates apply:

  • EU (euro countries) and Monaco: €8.99
  • Czechia: 149 CZK · Poland: 25 PLN · Hungary: 2,000 HUF · Romania: 29 RON · Sweden: 79 SEK
  • United Kingdom: £19.99
  • United States and Canada: shown at checkout (depending on parcel weight)

3. Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Slovakia and other euro-zone EU countries, Monaco: 2–6 business days
  • Czechia: 1–3 business days
  • Poland, Hungary, Romania, Sweden: 3–6 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  • United States: 4–8 business days · Canada: 5–10 business days

The estimated delivery date is also shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods or due to customs clearance outside the EU.

4. Carriers

Shipments go via standard parcel carriers. The carrier may vary by destination and is confirmed in the shipping confirmation, together with a tracking number.

5. Duties, taxes, and customs

EU consumer orders: prices include VAT; VAT is handled under applicable EU rules (including OSS where applicable).

Shipments outside the EU (e.g. United Kingdom, United States, Canada): import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be charged by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

6. Failed delivery / refusal

If a parcel cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to you, we may charge reasonable extra costs where permitted by law.
